Generational change is front and centre

My dad and uncle started this business many, MANY years ago. They had and have always been hard workers, always served the community in various ways, aside from customer service, and always produced and displayed the highest possible quality in their windows. 

*Sidenote, if I ever set the window up incorrectly, it would be taken down and I'd have to start again. Try balancing legs of lamb in the window at 4 in the morning so they look nice only to have them pushed over by dad and having to start again* 😩

It's fair to say, in the shop, if you're not going to do it properly, don't do it at all.

As the next generation butcher, I have a responsibility to match this and take it even further; especially keeping up with modern times, making it easier for you to access items, educating you in your own home on what you're buying and all the things you can do with it, taking your customer experience even further.. there's so much to consider moving forward.

Offering you online ordering and home delivery is just the beginning for us and an example of how we want to bring our passion for food, our family's values, recipes and high quality produce straight to you!
