We proudly source our lamb and beef direct from Parwan Valley. Located 45km West of Melbourne CBD, Parwan Valley boasts a true 'Paddock to Plate' ethos.
This is the site of Victoria’s oldest volcanic activity and you can see this in the rich red soil. Importantly, the pastures are located in a rain belt, so there is plenty of fresh water available for livestock and growing their very own green feed and hay.
Parwan believe the most important ingredients in delivering prime Australian produce are sunshine, fields of green feed and fresh water.
