Angus beef eye fillet

We sliced this for our beef pho (with brisket, marrow bones and ox tail also purchased from Joe’s). This piece of meat is so tender but still flavoursome, and so reasonable in price. We will have to make this again (the next time we want to eat pho for 4 days straight)
