These can be cut anyway you like (just leave a note in the checkout!)
Perfect for broths, soups or, if you really want to get fancy ask us to cut them length wise and then in half and grill the marrow with salt and pepper (pictured). Incredible.
Each bone weighs approx. 2-2.2kg.
