*Please note: We no longer provide the foil roasting tray as it does not travel well during delivery. Your roast and vegetables will now be vacuum sealed - this means you can also keep it in the fridge for a couple of extra days before using it!!

We really enjoyed this prep roast and veggies-- everything came prepped in a roasting tray, all you have to do it put it in the oven for the recommended amount of time. I covered the tray in baking paper and foil and slowcooked everything, and it came out a treat. Even our one year old enjoyed a big bowl of the mixed veggies. I'd go back for seconds!

I love this roast! Comes in a tray with all the work of preparing the meat and chopping up the veggies all done for you. Just chuck it in the oven! My tip would be to cook it a bit less than the instructed time if you like pink meat.
