Excellent quality and efficient delivery. Slow roasted the leg of lamb on a bed of diced onions, basted first with pomegranate molasses, garlic and lemon juice. Two cups water into the pan and covered with foil then after 3 hrs uncovered to brown for 30 minutes. Delicious flavour - family loved it.
