I slow cooked the beef cheeks with some vegetables in red wine & served it on top of mashed potato.....wow the meat just fell apart. My sons absolutely loved it, I must say it was delicious & will certainly buy it again. Ordering online & the delivery process was fairly simple. If you can't make it to Joe's Quality Corner store at the market, I recommend you use the online/delivery service. Thanks Frank & Krystle

Made a rum infused beef cheeks with fennel last night. It was beautiful and the cheeks just pulled apart with ease. Goes down well with a bottle of Pepperjack Shiraz!

I bought the beef cheeks as I can never seem to find them anywhere! I was so happy with my purchase and cooked them in my slow cooker. Delicious!! The service was also great and the staff member who dropped them off was super friendly and delightful! I will order from here again as I am avoiding shopping centres through this pandemic. I ordered these along with a number of other items. The delivery process was smooth and efficient. I received a text message advising the order was on the way. The meat was also nicely packed. Now, for the beef cheeks - delicious. I had never cooked beef cheeks before. But, we have a lot of time on our hands during the weekends right now, so I thought I'd give it a go! First I watched a video online about how to trim this cut. Then, I slow cooked the cheeks in a stew in the oven for 4.5 hours at 150 degrees and served them with smashed baby potatoes with a hint of dijon. Melted in the mouth! Thanks Joe's Quality Meats!
